Sign up now for volleyball fun! Practices will concentrate on skill building, setting, passing, spiking, digging and serving - all the basics to make the game more enjoyable. Players will be divided into teams of six with practices on Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday evenings and games on Saturday mornings. Once games begin, practices will be held on Wednesday and Thursday only one time per week. Rally scoring and 7'6" net height will be used. Good tennis shoes and knee pads are required.

Adult Co-ed Beach Volleyball

This favorite California pastime, Beach Volleyball, is now being offered at the Redding Aquatic Center. Get some practice or just a fun workout during open court night, or join up with some pals for three-on-three league play.
